- Town Meeting Ballot Item - City Charter Change to Replace Church Street Marketplace Improvement District with larger Downtown Improvement District
- Board of Finance has voted to proceed with March 2019 ballot question, has been sent to the Charter Change Committee (https://www.burlingtonvt.gov/CityCouncil/Charter-Change-Committee) to vote, then it will be sent to the full City Council for vote on Monday (12/17).

- Currently Burlington taxes business personal assets estimated at $45,000 or more
- Burlington collects over $1.2 million in revenue annually from this tax. How will the loss of this revenue accommodated?
